  Develop a program to provide evidence-based and evidence-informed individual and group psychotherapy to women Veterans via Telehealth, addressing comorbid posttraumatic stress, chronic pain, and other health factors commonly associated with trauma and pain. Co-develop Motivational Interviewing training program for Psychology, Pharmacy and Social Work trainees.Lean Six Sigma: Established a team of subject matter experts across the medical center, used Lean and Six Sigma processes along with Human-Centered Design to decrease Lactation Room wait time by 82%, recoupe 37 hours per month of employee work time, increase the quality rating of the Lactation Room as “Good or Excellent” to 100 % (from 67%), decrease workplace lactation stress rated as “extreme” by 61%, and decrease employees considering quitting pumping before desired by 36%. Show less Interprofessional collaboration: Co-develop and facilitate population health management strategies through Shared Medical Appointments (Cardiovascular Risk Reduction, Diabetes Management, drop-in primary care visits). Initiate collaboration with the Sleep Clinic Director and physician to streamline referrals for behavioral and medical sleep interventions.Consultation and training: Provide health behavior consultation to Primary Care staff. Train medical, nursing and mental health staff in Motivational Interviewing and patient-centered communication. Supervise post-doctoral, intern and graduate student Psychology trainees, and contribute to development of a Health Psychology Internship Track. Patient care: Assist Veterans with health behavior change through individual appointments, facilitating MOVE! weight management groups, chronic pain management group, insomnia group. Conduct pre-surgical/pre-treatment assessments for solid organ transplantation, weight loss surgery, and anti-viral treatments for hepatitis C.
