  1. Responsible in supervising daily accounts payable transaction and department's daily activities.2. Processing and reconciling invoices, billing and other documents attached for payment requests.3. Checking and validation of all processed accounts payable voucher.4. Ensures that all accounting related transactions are properly recorded.5. Check and reconcile payroll and other payroll-related transactions and prepare Annual Alphalist of employees.6.
