  Responsible for the Service Depot, Field Service, Service & Equipment Parts Inventory and break/fix related duties across the Division. Supervised internal service technicians. Provide phone support and monitored all calls related to our support board. Trained techs on day to day operations. Found qualified techs to service our equipment and managed our traveling techs . Worked with vendors to get best pricing on parts and equipment, ensured that our techs were certified to work on specific equipment. Responsible for break fix repairs on thermal printers, lasers printers, cassette markers, tissue processors, microtomes and slide stainers. Troubleshot with customers to try and resolve their issues over the phone. Ordered parts and provided phone support for field techs. Trained technicians and went onsite when needed to complete repairs. Responsible for all aspects of shipping and receiving. Organized warehouse, mail delivery, loading trucks and operating various forklifts, made sure inventory was accurate.
