  Coordinate with the client on their requirements. Cascade the client brief to the creative, production, scm, qa and other department in our company. Oversee the whole process from creative, prototype making, tooling, production, shipments to delivery of goods to clients. Prepare all documents necessary to facilitate a project. Manages 5 creative groups from Manila and Shanghai. I make sure all concept briefs are cascaded to the respective teams and that my teams churns out concepts which the client approves. I also make sure that all prototypes by our engineering team passes our concept and product evaluation. As a creative director, I am also responsible for coordination and approvals from licensors and clients. Conceptualize premium and novelty items based on client briefs. Oversee the creative group execute the concept graphics, flash animation and 3D rendering. Coordinate and ensure that prototypes made by ur engineering team are up to specifications on what the client wants.
