  As an Anatomy & Physiology TA, I serve as a resource and role model for fellow students, fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment.   I Serve the Central Appalachian Region of the American red cross which is the entirety of the state of West Virginia as well as select counties in Eastern KY and Southern Ohio. I Hold several positions in the Red Cross including Blood Donor ambassador, Volunteer screener, Engagement Lead of volunteer services, and I assist my supervisors. I call volunteers, get them placed in different departments in the red cross as well as organize and approve hours. I work side by side with healthcare workers as a Blood Donor ambassador, caring for blood donors and assisting with getting them scheduled, their information filed, and their screenings complete. I am doing Hybrid in-person and virtual as I am assisting my supervisor in creating and Implementing a Youth program for the Red cross in My area as we do not yet have one. Show less
