      Developed the EEO/Diversity recruitment/retention policy and trained staff in Diversity Recruitment.Participated in developing the RIF/base closure timelines/policies.Strategic workforce planning lead - accounted for all strategies on new hire classes/restructuring of GS-15s across the agency and obtained senior leadership (CFO/HR) approval for concept to combine HR/CFO systems data for all strategic workforce planning. Worked with IT HR lead systems analyst to design program that reduced our man hours to consolidate data from approximately 100 man hours per month to 2 while providing more comprehensive workforce data from which to make all strategic resource decisions.
