  ●In accordance with the project's KPIs and closure target, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to oversee the entire FSJ project, which has roughly 247 guestrooms (Standard Rooms, FS suites, Royal Suites, and ADA guestrooms), as well as FOH (Ballroom, Spa, Male and Female pool, Lobby, Façade, Canopy, Steel bridge, and Apartments), and BOH. ● Liaised with cross-functional ID international designers, RICHMOND, HBA, and FF&E (H&H), finished the control room by 95% with other concerned parties till obtained the required final approval by the operator (FOURSEASON). ●After considering the project specifications, FS standard, and BIM coordinator, review and approve the project documents that have been submitted, completing 90% of the required actions that have been submitted by the relevant parties. This includes, but is not limited to, Material and Document submittals, ITPs, RIFs, SHDs, and M.O.S.●Attend the weekly progress meeting in the presence of all parties, prepare a technical meeting with the contractor to finalize any pending issues; if any, and where minimize the total and/or pending issues by 75%.●Assist the CA in preparing official letters to mitigate any potential risk that might arise during the project's life cycle.
