  While at Morrisons I would often work within a team. During the most stressful and busiest times of the year, I learnt how to listen and take instructions to achieve goals. Towards the end of my time at Morrisons, I would often be one of the more experienced members of staff on shift. I was able to be confident enough to lead a small team competently while supporting and motivating my colleagues. Working independently was also important in this role. For example, I was given the responsibility to manage newspapers, magazines and DVDs. This taught me how to be self-motivated as well as developing my organisation skills. Show less
