  Responsible of Quality Assurance Department, Quality Control Department and Research & Development Team, my main tasks can be summarized as follow:• Ensure that the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO 22000, and regulatory/legal requirements.• Maintains product quality by enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures and government requirements; Develops and/or reviews standards, policies, and procedures for all functions and departments involved with or related to the production of all products. • Manage the multidisciplinary Food Safety Team and ensure that processes needed for the FSMS are established, implemented, and maintained• Supervises the Quality Control Department and Quality Assurance Department functions and activities and assess the implementation of its plan on site• Reviews products, processes and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made• Oversee the internal and external food safety audit program – select internal audit personnel, review results of food safety audits, ensure that corrective actions are understood, and corrective actions adapted• Managing Research & Development team; Planning and supervising product improvement, new product development and innovation projects Show less
