      Working in the National Safeguarding Unit I am the APO for Victoria. Working in the Business Performance Unit in the Disability & Mental Health stream, I developed a new process for LWB for people’s plan variations and evidence collection to enable people to be aware of the process & necessary requirements for any type of NDIS plan review, variation or reassessment. Subject matter expert working in the Integration & Change Management Office (ICMO) Team. Specifically leading the work in the NDIS Plan Review Preparation space. Educating & collaboratively working with all levels of management to implement positive change & progression in the area of clients being supported to achieve the best outcome in relation to achieving their goals & aspirations in their own lives
