Detail informations of job is given as follows;•Evoluation of offers, negotiation with firms and finding new alternative suppliers.•Preparation of all cost and data tables requested from the center office of factory and proceed with analytical reporting/analysis needed for business purposes.•Monitoring & Following up sales and managing of all scrap/waste materials and company cars.•Following of alternative raw materials, organising shipping plan (highway and seaway) and holding cost analysis.•Updating to supplier evaluation forms in accordance with the integrated management system.•Using and operating all supply actions with e- procurement system since 2017.•Negotiating the terms of contracts and buying conditions.•Preparing procurement budget and replacement cost reports.•Ensuring the invoices control after completed control of the temporary acceptance and final acceptance transactions.•Entering the invoices into the ERP/Oracle system.•Preparing and following (including signing, providing provisional acceptance and final acceptance certificates) an agreement which is the regarding of with technical contract.•Managing of all import transactions with minimum expenses.•Worked with project team of OYAK in related with to interchange Oracle/SAP system, provided to create all procurement transactions in SAP and ensure to maintain works successfully.
