Handling of wood vagons imported.ACHIEVEMENTS☛Thomesto's daughter company was behind in invoicing and revenue was not collected wherefore went to Moscow where trained the staff to improve their way of working to reach same capacity as I was able to manage. Customers were timely invoiced and trading company minimized the loss of revenue.

From October 2014 Lead PMO within Simplificaton Programme, Lead PMO for business release consisting of several projects.As of July 2012 Commercial Project Manager in Maersk Line's Remote Container Management project where task was to together with IT to bring outstanding service to the customers through an innovate project.From September 2011 moved to Strategic Projects where responsible of planning and execution of IT Governance, Benefit Tracking, IT Development Budget through coaching and sparring with counterparts.From Januar 2008 to August 2011 at the Customer Service where main responsibilities were to ensure that Maersk Line Customer Service applications and tools were enhanced and developed. As an IT liason person I bridged the gap between the Business Process Owners, IT Department and Vendors. IT Strategy and Simplification of the IT Landscape of customer service applications. Development cycle improved from over one year to below 90 days providing cost savings, faster delivery and better customer experience.☛Responsible project manager for customer service applications to be standardized through changes to the processes and global systems. Local applications were reduced by 40% in a short time. This also allowed cost savings in licence costs as well as in running costs.
