I was organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks. Daily I was monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching. Received complaints from customers and resolved problems. Passed on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.Biggest honor and achievement during that time was getting noticed from top management and we won "Team of The Year 2014" prize. From July 2020 - I was helping the Playtech Recruitment team with different topics. I've got many trainings about tech-hiring.
