My programme leads the commercial journey from legacy to digital online. Automating and digitising legacy processes. Focus is on improving data quality, governance, compliance and user experience for over 900 contract managers, contract accountants, assurance and auditors worldwide. Using techniques from my Diploma in World-class Marketing to develop and deliver BT’s initiative responding to the Prime Minister’s “100% government e-enablement by 2005” policy. The success of my influence can still be seen today in the form of the UK government gateway/online MOT.• Delivered customer relationship marketing programmes worth £58M ICV (108% of target) through alignment with vertical marketing leads through bespoke campaigns.• Collaborated with bid teams to share market intelligence leading to creating the strategy that won major bids in NHS, DSS and SBS as result (c £200M sales over 5 years).
