  Ngee Ann Polytechnic is a post-secondary education institution under the purview of the Ministry of Education in Singapore. The institution has a total of 9 academic schools offering 39 full-time courses.As a change leader in Teaching and Learning (T&L) strategies, I collaborate with other academic schools to push T&L frontiers in the institution. Additionally, I provide mentorship to academic staff, develop education guidelines and help the school achieve improvements in academic quality.• Mentored onboarding T&L mentors across the five polytechnics in cross-polytechnic TLMP programme• Coached academic staff on the development of competency-based assessments (CBA) for Nursing and Optometry modules• Led polytechnic-wide inaugural Health Sciences EdTech forum to showcase educational technology innovations in the School of Health Sciences• Academic research in the field of education led to opportunities to speak at conferences and invitation to publish full paper in peer reviewed journal Show less My aim was to work with academic staff to continuously improve the quality of education we provide.
