Such as door locks, door handles, lock cylinders, lock body and door fitting.Export Marketing:• Processes orders from regular customers mainly from Europe, South American.• Prepare documents, requirements, reports and product proposals and price quotations.• Development of new customers through investigates new market opportunities, researching contact names and key data as well as understanding market requirements.Online Marketing:• Managing static to dynamic website from html to e-commerce (shopping cart) based websites.• Taking products pictures, editing them by using Adobe Photoshop and upload on websites.• Development of online marketing & communication to customers and end-users with appropriate resources.Production:• Quality control on all order from die-casting to dispatch from our factory.• Help the production department to develop new products and sample as per customer requirement. • Ensure the delivery of every order on schedule.• Handle the queries and issues of the customers regarding products and solve them very effectively.• Ensure correct packaging as per customer requirement.• Involve actively with logistics department.
