  Head of import dept coordinating a team of 5 staffs having as main duties and daily activities: study of economic and commercial feasibility to introduce new models of motorcycles, scooters and ATV by careful analysis of cost break-down reaching the best position of retail price in MKT compared to competitors under desired margin of profit; S&OP; FOB price negotiation; supply condition (KD-BOM) and LOCAL PARTS selection according to the best cost composition and score by CPP rules of SUFRAMA; negotiation, cost structure and LOCAL PARTS orders; spare parts orders (4 air and 2 sea processes a month); KD mass production and CBU orders (up to $30 million dollars a month) to Japan, China, Taiwan, Korea, India, Spain and USA; shipping plan and instruction (handling 4 to 10 shipments a month); preparation, checking and approval of shipping documents draft and original; follow-up and update of information to Manaus plant on each cargo's ETD for validation and or adjust of the production plan; communication with finance dept on deadlines for making remittances; bank instruction for remittances and contracts management; reimbursement request for claim or replacement parts; checking, managing and approving taxes, duties and customs fees payments; royalty calculation and payment; freight negotiation every 3 months (biddings) to maintain freight rates always at market level; daily contacts with exporters, freight forwarders and agents by phone, email and WHATSPP 24-hrs a day; in charge of issuing and providing monthly sales and stock report and general subjects to SUZUKI; follow-up of new models development schedule importing homologation units under tax-free for brake, noise and pollutant tests in order to prepare and submit CAT application process to DENATRAN on time; management of production conformity testing - COP; INMETRO certificate for batteries and tires; business trip abroad (Japan and China) and Manaus; support to foreign people’s visit among others attribution. Coordination of motorcycle imports via the Port of Santos, since placing orders with KTM Austria, shipping schedule, clearance and transport to warehouse. Registration of the chassis number of the motorcycle units in the RENAVAM BIN database. Preparation of shipping documents, including Packing List and Invoice for KD motorcycles supplied from Austria and India to DAFRA in Manaus.
