  I was responsible for a team with Swedish and international team members that worked with new functionality and maintenance of the website, customer db. and loyalty systems. I also worked with release management, planning, coordination with involved suppliers and stakeholders and testing.I was responsible for ensuring availability and performance according to agreed targets and I also worked proactively to find possible future developments that could improve the systems and functions. My main area of responsibility was the website www.flygbra.se and our customer database. In my role as a product owner I worked with a team in an agile and scrum project-led method. During the sprint work, I also act as test leader where I ensure that whats developed is of good quality and complies with the ordered requirements. My team created the website with new features with a high focus on UX and backend code improvement work.I prioritized the work in Product Backlog to best achieve the goals.
