      Sept 2022 - now

During the 2024 season we launched over 25 branches all across Massachusetts, Connecticut and New Hampshire. Our average first year intern earned $15,000 in summer income and ran an $85,000 business out of their hometown. On team Germano specifically, the averages were north of $110,000 in revenue and $18,000 in income (both the highest averages by team in the country). As a division, we provided over 200 part-time spring and full-time summer job opportunities to students through our branches and have completed home renovation projects for over 500 homeowners this summer. The New England Division is home to some of the most initiative, hard working and driven leaders we have within our company. I was personally able to coach the New England Manager of the year to a top-five business in company history, as well as the New England Quality Manager to run the cleanest business in the division.HONORS: Kendall Wernet Leadership Award, Office Appreciation Award Show less
