After a DC-10 crash at O’Hare, worked with an FAA Anthropologist to write a landmark application matching autopsy results with information from relatives. Anthropologist said that this was the first significant use of computers in a major disaster, achieved a 91% identification rate. Freight and Passenger Dispatch—Negotiated Licensed Transportation contract, saving $0.5 Million from supplier’s initial estimate, managed licenses and invoices, wrote service level agreements and gained service level commitments from suppliers.
