  Product implementation manager

  Development and deployment of new products for the Ipsos global teams. We start from a set of specs, we design and build master templates, global processes and procedures, instructions and training materials for all teams involved. After deployment I ensure the execution support, the constant maintenance and the regular updates based also on client’s needs and feedback. I work mainly with the product owner in terms of product development and with the Ipsos market researchers located worldwide in terms of product execution and support. Show less
