  Pavilion guide - assistant to the relations with the italian regions

  During the three months of internship at Italy Pavilion the main tasks have been many and different among themselves, e.g. the translation of pavilion guide documents into the target languages, guide of the pavilion through tours for guests and "Grand Tours" organised for international and/or high profile guests, analysis of the structure and of the organisation and support in their improvement and innovation. Moreover, I had the possibility to actively cooperate with the manager of the relations with Italian regions, more effectively I connected with representatives of Italian regions to manage their visit and participation at the pavilion, preparing both the documentation and the event days.   In the Learning Team I supported both communication and organization of courses and events, acquiring skills in the fields of team working, internal and external communication, organization and management of courses and events, but also learning how to proper use Microsoft Office for enterprise purposes and SAP platforms such as SuccessFactors. I supported the team in macro and micro design of training paths based on Service Line and in the delivery of learning courses (facilitators contact; invitations; virtual classroom support; attendance checking and tracking; materials' preparation and update). I also cooperated with my team for the monitoring, analyzing and reporting of the training progresses though SAP-SuccessFactors System, in the evaluation of ongoing programs by analyzing feedbacks about learning courses and in supporting the organization of corporate learning events (e.g. Welcome Event for New Joiners; Hackathon; Webcasts).   I work in Business Consulting, in the Technology Risk German speaking hub. Here, I am supporting German engagements in the FAIT activities and I am learning both about the auditing process and the IT subjects, which are essential for the financial audit.During the last months I have worked with Bosch, Siemens, Zalando and in the ISA315 team. And I have dealt with IT processes work, ITACs and ITGCs and also forms such as 230GL, 231GL, 232GL, 235GL, 283GL, 310GL. Moreover, I have deepened my expertise with Microsoft Office and SAP platforms and I have started working with Canvas.One of the key strengths this job is making me acquire is the skill to interact with German working environment, getting to know a new dimension of team working and a new reality both of EY and consulting firms in general.
