Implementation work included successful completion of user acceptance testing of new software, development of communication and training materials for field leaders, and creation of new productivity reporting for field leaders. After successful implementation, my efforts are focused on development of productivity reporting and process improvements to drive greater productivity within stores. • Oct 2014 – June 2015: Served as the Instocks process owner, responsible for all facets of on-hand inventory integrity processes, used by 1800+ Target stores. Within this role I regularly led process improvement efforts using DMAIC methodology to provide payroll and time savings in the Instocks work center, including the design and execution of a process enhancement focused on data integrity to all 1800+ Target stores.
