      Jan 2021 - Jan 2022
      Life coach & breathwork therapist

Working with Clients 1:1, in groups and as workshopfacilitator. A prerequisite for a healthy work / life in balance is that your three most important building blocks, Body-Mind-Soul, are all available for you to use. Imagine a three-legged chain. Remove one leg and the chair falls. Are you primarily present in the world through your mind with focus (your thoughts) directed towards everything that happens outside of yourself, i.e. focus on all the things you have to do and achieve in your everyday life? Then you have a risk of experiencing a feeling of emptiness and not being in touch with yourself. You can change that and find your direction again by a focussed use of your breath and your breathing. Does it work? Absolutely yes. Vis mindre
