      Ensuring smooth and trouble free operation of fatty acid production, soap production and glycerine production. Operational experience of splitting column, vacuum distillation column, hydrogenation plant, rising film evaporators, glycerine plant, ion exchange unit, filtration unit, vacuum ejector system . Utilities experience of forced draft cooling tower, high pressure steam boiler, Demi water plant, air compressors, hydrogen compress,pumps(centrifugal pump,plunger pump) and DCS system etc.I also engaged in commissioning by NICL another unit of soap noodles with same capacity 70 ton soap noodles per day. This plant was dismantled and relocated from kimya Oman. My jobs included monitoring the activities of contractors for the Mechanical refurbishment of valves, heat exchangers and other stationary equipments. After the refurbishment, making sure that testing is being done for all the equipments, piping and valves as per the required standards of inspection and quality.Responsibilities• Ensuring safety & company policies at work places.• Ensuring safety measures during plant commissioning and operation activities..• Taking part in the training of subordinates and juniors..• Check Line Sizes & Technical Details of Equipments on P & IDs.• Designing soap noodles logbook and batch card & also prepared Plant SOP's and cr & tz report.• Quality control & making efforts to get the maximum production and ensuring trouble free plant.Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning: I have been a part of the team to support pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up of Fatty Acid Distillation unit too.       Process/Equipment Description: Suraj Fertilizer Industries (pvt) Ltd. is having one of Pakistan’s largest plants of Sulphuric Acid control by DCS (Distributive Control System) and Single Super Phosphate Fertilizer and Reverse Osmosis Plant. Equipments includes Blowers, Grinding Mills, Dryers, Rotary Screen, Bucket Elevators, Granulator, Conveyors, and Crushers, Dilution towers, Absorption towers, Burners, Economizers, Converters, Scrubbers and Heat exchangers.Learnt about chemical process and technically expertise about Acid’s production by contact and double absorption process including working operations of Sulphur feeding guns, steam trap, Gas and Blower pressure adjustments through manual dampers and controlled pneumatic valves, Heat blowing and purging, complete operation of Converters having (V2O5) catalyzed beds for absorption of SO2 gas, various Heat Exchangers Hot heat, Cold heat and Economizers for economizing steam, and controlled Acid flows for Absorption towers , By pass gas passages, Steam distribution through Auxiliary Boiler and W.H.R Boiler in steam header for melting sulphur and Super heater for running turbine on required pressure 40-43 bar.Responsibilities • Ensuring smooth and trouble free Sulphuric Acid Plant & Utility Section, breakdown handling, control of process parameters, manpower management with an emphasis on plant capacity enhancement with design modifications and product quality control.• Ensuring that both qualitative and quantitative targets are met and consumption ratios are well within budget.• Monitoring process and quality parameters. Plants contain a substantial number of organic constituents, like phenolic compounds and various types of glycosides that help in synthesis of metal nanoparticles. Synthesis of metal nanoparticles by green method is one of the best and environment friendly methods. The major significance of the green synthesis is lack of toxic by-products produced during metal nanoparticle synthesis. The nanoparticles, synthesized by green method show various significant biological activities. Most of the research articles report the synthesized nanoparticles to be active against gram the current study; ZnO-NPs have been synthesized using Trianthema portulacastrum extract. The formation of ZnONPs was confirmed by UV/Vis spectroscopy. The small and spherical sizes of ZnONPs were conformed from high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) analysis, which were highly dispersion without any aggregation. The crystalline structure of ZnON was conformed from X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. For the elemental composition EDX was used and FTIR helped to determine the type of organic compounds in the extract. The ZnONPs showed prominent antibacterial against Gram positive and Gram Negative bacteria. Show less
