  Analyzed qualitative data on community reported child protection issues in Sierra Leone, consisting of fifty focus group discussions and key informant interviews representing over two-hundred stakeholders of all ages, collected in three districts as a graduate student intern. Authored final report for these data investigating the child protection risks and core child protection mechanisms in each community, focusing on how the community perceives those risks. Strengthened subject matter expertise of national partners by establishing capacity building trainings to form skills sets in: vulnerable population safeguarding, gender sensitivity, risk of harm, data collection, and day-to-day operations. Established and maintained working relationships with key government actors within the Ministry of Health and Sanitation, Ministry of Social Welfare, Gender & Children’s Affairs and other government bodies. Developed practical guideline document (the Knowledge Management Implementation Plan or KMIP) outlining all aspects and requirements for UN Women staff to utilize throughout each stage of the knowledge management process. Organized and facilitated consultation workshops with UN Women Viet Nam and HQ to present the KMIP and collect feedback and input.Authored the annual donor report for a post-COVID women’s economic empowerment project funded by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).
