  As UGM’s Communications Writer, I was responsible for maintaining brand voice consistency across digital and print channels. My priority was leading the project planning and content direction of UGM’s quarterly donor newsletter, including writing and editing all content and coordinating with photographers, designers and interview subjects. Additionally I wrote speeches for UGM’s President and managed content for our Annual Report, Christmas Campaign and ongoing donor communication. Implemented a story driven online presence to increase donor connection. Managed monthly press releases including writing, pitching, touring on-site media and tracking earned media value. Assisted in the development and execution of UGM’s campaign for Homelessness Awareness Week, including managing event budget and staffing.
