  My first employment was at a gas service station, which at the time was one of the busiest in the country. My responsibilities included opening and closing of the station, general customer service with smaller mechanical vehicle maintenance work, i.e. changing of lightbulbs, and windscreen wipers, and filling of air, oil, and washer fluid. Further responsibilities included operation and maintenance of gas pumps and a car wash.

  The responsibilities of the host is customer service from the customers arrive until their stay is over. Including bookings and lane management, lighter food service and extensive hygienic measures. Operation and maintenance of Qubica/AMF bowling machines and control mechanisms, increasingly became part of my responsibilities including both light and more complex mechanical and electrical work.

  Photo store at Bryn mall, where i worked with customer handling and as a lab manager. My duties included general customer handling and support, and opening closing and maintenance of the store. This also included planning ordering and reception of goods. The work as lab manager consisted of reception, development, and editing of customers images, under strict confidentiality agreement. And operation and maintenance of Konica R1 minilab and Fuji developer.

  Store manager

  I was hired in march 2011 as a store employee, but I operated as the store manager of the Tveita department from the fall of 2012 until I left in December of 2020. Apart from handling salaries and accounting, which was done centrally, I have been responsible for the full operation of the store.My responsibilities included customer service and follow up, and educating the customers in the use of Cewe POS (Print On Site) stations. I was also responsible for the implementation of national campaigns, and the planning and execution of local marketing drives, in cooperation with OBOS mall management and their marketing departement. I also handled purchasing and reception of all goods, and warehousing. But more importantly, making sure that every employee had a safe and organised working environment meeting them every day.   Customer consultant at Make! Graphics Parkveien. My main tasks consisted of following up customers both in store and through mail and phone, as well as prepress check and preparation of files. Also some graphical design, and print production. I gained extensive knowledge in prepress and use of Adobe Indesign, and Acrobat Pro. Main hardware used was Canon printers and plotters, and Xerox Versant 60 & 80, mainly using Caldera and Fiery Software. Some use of OnePageCRM for customer followup.
