My responsibilities during this time included coordinating the travel of six individuals; overseeing and updating the tour schedule; communicating between venues, schools, accommodation, and stakeholders; managing cash flow, expenses, and petty cash purchases; driving the tour van (with trailer); operating basic audiovisual equipment; ensuring the smooth running of each pack in and pack out; and managing props, costume, technical equipment, and set pieces. Show less In April 2021 I began creating and curating social media content for Aidan Theatre Company’s Instagram and Facebook pages. My work included taking photos at each school performance and workshop and sharing these with the respective schools; proofreading, copy-editing, and caption writing; connecting with schools, students, and audience members to expand Aidan Theatre Company’s online presence; overseeing the creation of video content for promotion of Wellington public performances; and contributing and supplementing a successful crowd-funding campaign. Show less From February 2021 I worked as part of the administration team for Aidan Theatre Company's touring season of "Too Much Punch for Judy". The production toured 23 high schools and public venues across the South Island and parts of Wellington from June to August 2021 and was unfortunately cut short due to Covid-19.
