The team will proactively schedule Preventative Maintenance visits and respond within agreed upon Service Levels to customers who experience a broken device. Our main objective is to assist customers meet both their clinical and financial objectives by offering many sorts of programs. We offer the traditional lease programs that all lending sources offer, but also have a focus on unique programs, such as agreements tied to usage of disposable products, that differentiate us from a bank.As an Asset Management specialist, my focus is on the End of Term activities for all agreements. Customers have the option to purchase or return the equipment when the lease matures, and I coordinate those activities.
