Provide leadership to establish lowest cost, highest quality, high reliability or highest of capability performance.Key Areas of Responsibility• To maximize plant availability to meet production and cost targets, product specifications, product differentiation needs and customer specific requirements through safe and effective operation of the facility, conforms to the various environmental regulations as a prescribe premise and all other regulatory standards.• Ensure cost effectiveness of operations by keeping all aspects of variable and fixed costs to the lowest achievable cost base.• To troubleshoot any operating problems, debottleneck design and operability limitations to achieve higher plant availability and productivity. • To ensures extensive and effective management of the annual shut down with the assistance of the maintenance engineers to meet the agreed schedules.• To provides functional support to the business area in relation to technical customer issues as well as providing feedback for business development matters.• To provide support in the area of training and technical expertise to customers which especially in the Chlorine handling and emergency procedures / responses. • To ensure product certifications are made as per customer requirements and ensure that strict quality assurance measures are taken to maintain this. • To highly involve in all related plant improvement project, this involves presentations, proposals, thorough contract negotiations and execution.• To lead the emergency team of CCMC in troubleshoot, mitigate, control and contain such situations in the unlikely event that occurred neither at the customer premises nor during the transportation of the goods itself.
