With this up gradation high quality material was supplied to export customer with higher realisation- In Grindwell Norton -2010.Re designing the compressed air distribution network to reduce the pressure drop by 2 Psig. Eliminated operation of one 150 HP compressor operation. AGI glaspac- Hyderabad – 2000.Defective governor of 6.3 MW DG set was rectified on war foot basis working in tandem with OEM. Saved the plant from going into black outs and production loss during power cut. In ACE glass containers – Pondicherry, in 2007 Rendered front line support to glass furnace team to quickly restart operation after furnace crown collapse near batch feeding dog house. Kioo Ltd Tanzania- 2006 FEPA grit processing capacity enhancement project – with an investment of 3.5 Crores. Grindwell Norton Ltd – Tirupati - 2012Effectiveness of dust extraction system improved by re designing the ducting and fan capacity enhancement. Suction velocity improved from 3mtr/sec to 10mtr/sec. This resulted in additional by product collection in the bag house and reducing the dust level from 6.5 mg/m3 to 2.5 mg/m3. – In Grindwell Norton 2011.North Glass tempering furnace up gradation to compressed air convection system to process low-e glass. Capex avoidance to the tune of 1.5 Crores –In Fuso glass Chennai -2009Successfully increased the bottle printing speed by 10 % by improving the bottle stability while moving on the single line slat chain conveyor, direction changing mechanisms and stackers.
