Utilize reports to identify trends in no-shows, failures, and other gaps to develop action plans.• Consult with business partners to apply adult learning theory in the development of classroom and online training content, including using Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud to design and deploy content. • Observe and provide feedback to Senior Trainers and divisional Trainers to verify conformance with company standards and consistency in the messaging of the vision, mission, and policies.
