      Reporting to the Director of Strategy, I served as a strategic PMO for the post-merger integration project of Grupo Zap's M&A with OLX, the largest real estate portal in Brazil, valued at R$ 2.9 billion. The project involved 4 workstreams, 25 fronts of work, over 100 individuals directly involved, nearly 350 activities mapped and formalized into action plans, and approximately 100 milestones. • PMO responsible of Post Merger Implementation program after the ZAP group´s acquisition (real-state fast-growing Brazilian platform) in 2020.
