      I developed and studied cell-penetrating peptides with the potential to facilitate delivery of large molecular cargoes such as proteins and oligonucleotides to the cytoplasm. I worked mainly with lipid model systems to shine light on the mechanism of membrane translocation.Thesis title: Membrane Interactions of Arginine-Rich Peptides for the Intracellular Delivery of Gene-Targeted Drugs

      I am currently working for an organization called Molecular Frontiers - a global initiative to promote the understanding and appreciation of molecular science in society. My goal is to stimulate young people to scientific thinking, by showing specifically how the principles of molecular science in many ways govern the world we live in. My work tasks span from project management to communication, including web development, film production, graphic design, networking and organization of symposia with world-leading scientists, including a larger number of Nobel laureates.
