  New Concept Education is the largest education and training facility in Linyi, China. This facility offers core subject trainings including primary school through high school subjects. At the same time, the Overseas Education Consulting department offers students seeking abroad education experience some outstanding, personally designed consulting services. For my Consultant Internship, my duties include: -Welcome walk-in customers and provide them with possible plans of service-Answer questions regarding life overseas based on my own experience-English proficiency exam trainings including listening, speaking and writing-Give lectures on foreign life cultures and classroom cultures to students preparing for going abroadMajor events completed: -Design, plan and lead a 500-people overseas education consulting and planning eventUpon completion of this internship, I was able to obtain some of the most valuable experiences as I dealt with a number of customer relations cases and public events.   Selected Accomplishments:-Facilitate and organize FlyWeek event presentations -Organize and summarize outputs form the regional team FlyWeek event regarding the Lean Development Exercise session. -Develop regional Lean Improvement Information System. -Maintain Greater China region customer Trent900 spare engines levels as per the contractually agreed spare engine requirements.-Support Heads of Services to develop cross region consistent Service Delivery Governance. -Facilitate Services related Regional Team Meeting (RTM)-Maintain Visual Management at weekly basis. -Facilitate service ops risk management. Establish service ops risk management governance and ensure governance happen at regular basis. Lessons learned: -Do not make any commitment to anyone, especially customers, unless your are 100% sure that you can make it happen. -Identity priority for your tasks on a daily basis is the key to work efficiently. -Working in such a large and multifunctional office, preventing yourself from distractions and stay focused is important for high efficiency work. -Planning ahead for meetings and reviews sessions is always helpful especially when everyone has busy schedules. -Risk awareness and risk register are necessary and important in every perspective and sectors of the business.
