  As a recruiter for salaried positions, I networked in order to identify talent and provide full-cycle recruiting for candidates in an 8 state region. I collaborated with managers and advised internal and external customers to create a positive experience for all parties. Doubling as my Capstone Project at University of Portland, my internship exposed me to Waste Connections' servant leadership culture. I interviewed managers and employees to recognize leadership trends and opportunities to improve employee engagement.

  I worked as a business partner to senior leaders to provide human resources support in the areas of employee relations, training & development, strategic planning, and LOA management. I led an HR team that served 3800 union and non-union employees and over 100 sites within an 8-state region (WA, OR, CA, ID, NV, AK, MT, WY) As an HR Generalist, I provided employee relations support to our 8-state region. I aided managers in engaging their work groups, conducted investigations, and administered employee LOAs.
