MAF injected $ 220 Million to develop this project which was construed as the largest project in Beirut in 2014. Waterfront City (Dbayyeh) is a state of the art residential and commercial compound consisting of 10 large building with business parks and access to the sea. Arabian Construction Company was the main contractor, one of the leading construction companies in the Middle East. ERGA was the consultant.My role was divided into several tasks ranging from:1) HSE Dept. (safety induction and emergency reports), 2) Procurement (buying and storing consultant approved supplies), 3) Site Eng. Dept. (inspection filling, bar bending schedules, consultant handing), 4) QA/QC (quality assurance), 5) Steel Yard (supply the project with rebars according to the bbs as well as formwork via crane), 6) Planning Dept.
