      An awesome hotel with awesome people where I get to be awesome all the time. I manage the guest services department at the hotel. As Guest Services Manager I wear whatever hat my hotel and my guests need me to in order to make their day. I run the front desk, guest loyalty program, guest services training, and anything else that you can think of. I've done just about anything you could imagine at this hotel. I've talked an employee through removing a monkey from the ceiling space (yes, this actually happened), I have walked guests through our annual haunted house using Skype, been screamed at, threatened, thanked, hugged, and even kissed by customers. If it's happened in hospitality, I've probably seen it happen. I love it. It's like being part of a great insane circus and each day is it's own challenge and reward. Show less
