Prioritizing, planning, scheduling, and coordinating preventative maintenance work for 3 shift operation of automotive paint shop. Lead engineer on robotic sealer application. Responsibilities include accountability for equipment performance, new product launch readiness, and overseer of daily application of over 40 sealer robots. This position included training personnel, troubleshooting guidance and assistance to shift production, process group, and maintenance group leader to produce minimal downtime with high quality output on all Sealer application equipment. Paint process control and technical support for automated Paint robotic top coat applications. Responsibilities include providing training, troubleshooting assistance to shift production on robotic paint application equipment to maintain through put and quality.
