      In this role, I was responsible for leading and integrating the IN Associate Advisor (AA) team with the global team to manage Andon and SME-related work. This was a major mental model shift in terms of how we moved from a regional to a global support model. I was instrumental in bringing changes like aspect- and dialer-based routing to improve efficiency and standardization. I was part of the core team that built the virtual contact center support vertical for the India region, providing flexibility, business continuity, and cost savings. I led the VCC operations teams across multiple sites (HYD, BLR, MAA, PNQ, and DEL), supporting stores in India, EU, and NA and leading to the expansion of VCC's footprint to two new sites. This expansion played a key role in efficiently supporting selling partners during COVID. I started my career at Amazon as a team manager, supporting selling partners for the IN store. In 2017, I led the launch of a new team to support the UK store at HYD, growing it from 0 to 150 associates, and also led the launch of DE and FR foreign language support in 2018, growing it from 0 to 100 associates.
