Identified and anticipated dependencies, bottlenecks, and multi-layered internal and external impacts at initiative design stage and created and oversaw multi-million-dollar annual IT budgets. Utilising synergies between projects, vendors and partners was able to achieve 17% savings year on year.• Using waterfall and agile methodologies, established and managed simultaneous projects including multiple vendors to successful completion, resulting in easier usability of our POS system at over 350 suburban and remote regional locations across QLD and online portals to increase productivity of over 150 Container Refund Point Operators, Processors, Material Recovery Facilities, Recyclers and over 450,000 online users.• Effectively managed relationships, constantly negotiating and target cross functional communication with internal and external stakeholders, including board and government, to successfully deliver technical functionality, while ensuring legal compliance, for introduction of wine and spirit bottles to QLD’s 10c Refund Scheme. Went live without issues on the 1st of Nov 2023. • Created and led a team of systems architects and administrators, data governance and cyber security specialists including external consultants to align the organisations enterprise systems and data architecture and business processes with ISO 27001 over a 3-year program. Led the organisation through 3 independent cyber breaches at 3 different partners without reputational damage and monetary losses beyond cyber insurance deductible.• Built a systems and data governance team and oversaw and coordinated design, implementation, and administration of an ERP solution. Show less • As the Fraud & Risk Data Analytics Manager, designed and built Azure data warehouse and Power Platform based data analytics and reporting solution, including data model used by COEX for all reporting purposes, to provide ongoing board, executive, operational and financial reporting as well as ad-hoc self-serve reporting. • Utilised machine learning and predictive data analytics, the fraud & risk data analytics solution was used for proactive detection of fraud red flags and at-risk transactions or events across the network. Working with inhouse Legal Services team and Audit & Risk team, uncovered 4 significant fraud cases posing a 7-digit dollar damage.
