  My role as Senior Recruiter involved recruiting seafarers for the Merchant Navy for all types of vessels worldwide, specialising in Marine Engineers. My time spent in this role dealing on a daily basis with seafarers and shipping companies alike provided me with a fantastic insight into the size and opportunities available within the shipping industry.Coming from a Payroll background I was able to transfer my previous experience in closely dealing with personnel to the fast paced recruitment industry. Having been in this role for many years I have gained invaluable knowledge and experience in the Marine Industry as well adding to my previous Payroll experience.
