      I worked with software such as Hootsuite to create an online presence of WTCI via social media. I worked with software such as Salesforce to keep track of our vast member base as a non-profit. I assisted my team in designing professional and cultural programming for visiting delegations of foreign professionals on the U.S. Department of State International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP). I escorted visiting foreign delegations to meetings with local experts. I maintained and updated databases and website content. I prepared welcome packets for visitors. I researched, planned, and implemented a 3-week program for foreign professionals from Ukraine from start to finish. As well as varying topics to give visitors a personally tailored experience in Maryland on their selected topic. I completed a Shark Tank-style presentation at the end of the internship, including suggestions for the future.I worked with Photoshop to design a social media page for the visitors' welcome packages.I performed other miscellaneous duties in the internship program field, such as event planning and office management duties.       After completing the application period on January 17th, I flew to Florida to work in our Gainesville Office. I assisted in maintaining the Gainesville Back Office Smartsheet and assisted the management team with process work and development. I was again promoted to Region East Reporting Manager on January 26th, 2024. In my new role, I ensured program metrics were efficiently and timely reported to our client for Region East.I developed and maintained the on-the-ground process for the Gainesville file movement within our online database to ensure files between our office and our client side so that applicants receive their payments in a timely fashion.I have maintained and delivered formatted spreadsheets to our national teams to ensure appropriate files are moved within the online database.I trained over 20 staff members on new processes while ensuring their work was up to standard. I maintain spreadsheets of data between metrics, barcodes, and other such data to ensure its security and access to our client. Show less As of August 2023, I was promoted to Back Office Manager for the USDA Discrimination Financial Assistance Program in Bethesda, MD. [From OR Assistant Manager and Trainer]Section 22007 of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), signed into law by President Biden in August 2022, directs the USDA to provide financial assistance to producers who have experienced discrimination in USDA’s farm lending programs. This program allows the USDA to deliver financial assistance for those farmers, ranchers, or forest landowners determined to have experienced discrimination in USDA's farm lending programs before January 1, 2021. These funds are one step in the long march toward justice and an inclusive, equitable USDA.The Act requires USDA to contract with nongovernmental program administrators to coordinate the delivery of a national financial assistance program to impacted farmers, ranchers, or forest landowners.As a member of the team: I ensure that PII data is kept confidential and secure. I developed data entry methods for my team and ensured region-wide spreadsheets were kept current.I support our MOTs (Mobile Outreach Teams) by researching events, preparing documents, and providing technical assistance at events. Administratively, I assist with mailed application requests and receipts. As well as all process steps from start to finish at the Back Office level.I also provide technical assistance to staff and farmers to ensure the quality of our service is exceptional.
