Up to 25 people under supervision. - Operator training in SQHES and 5S approach.- Deliver multiple short and long-term solutions designed to manage the change processes and meet business targets. - Ensure permanent safety, quality and competitiveness of the production lines under my supervision. OEE analysis and description of the events regarding each day results.This role allowed me to apply Lean Manufacturing Methodologies (5S, AMFE) along three windshields manufacturing production lines.   Corporate Project ManagerMAXAM as a global leader within the explosives industry owns an R+D and a Corporate Engineering department that closely collaborate in order to fulfil the 140 subsidiary's needs. This department is in charge of the design, construction and delivery of Explosives Chemical Plants to the Maxam subsidiaries all over the world. Reporting to the Engineering Director, I was Responsible for the development of mobile and static chemical plant for the production bulk explosive. As a Project Manager, my tasks were:- Identify the subsidiaries needs and fulfil their specifications.- Feasibility studies both from technical and economical point of view.- Risk Analysis of the project.- Planning and Budgeting for Internal Investment Committee approval. - Execution: Basic and Detailed Engineering. P&ID, 3D Design (Solid Works), Automation-Control (PLC-HMI-Instrumentation, I&O), Hydraulics selection, Suppliers selection and Management, Assembly and Construction supervision .- Commissioning: as a PM we supervised the project even in remote locations. Oyu Tolgoi (Mongolia-Gobi Desert) was the last project I commissioned with 4 visits to the main gold mine in the world.After almost 4 years working for MAXAM Civil Explosives, I accomplished several projects ranging all 400-600 k€ budget and worked on the creation of more than 10 chemical plants. Reporting to the Product and Technology Director, I am leading a highly skilled and multidisciplinary (software, mechanical and chemical/biotechnology) engineering team that create, develop, industrialize, and maintain the Telstar's product portfolio for the pharmaceutical industry.Starting with the management of the R&D department, the structure of the group evolved to integrate industrialization and standardization activities within a project-based technological company. Now, three different processes are included in our day-to-day activities to ensure that the scientific, technological and industrial aspects of our product and service portfolio are delivered at the highest standards to our customers.
