  In working for Work In Japan Program in RGF HR Agent Indonesia as a project intern, these following responsibilities i should handle:1. Assist in recruitment process for Work in Japan candidates, starting from screening, performing seminar and test, skype interview and final interview with companies which are our clients.2. Responsible for promotion plan for Work in Japan program – PT Kashiwabara.3. Responsible for developing a comprehensive plan for Work in Japan program – PT Honda R&D for the whole process from budget creation, build cooperation and relationship with several universities for promotion and seminar purpose, and make a connection with Japanese employee who is assigned to handle PT Honda R&D in Japan. It is a quite long program which takes several stages so I have to make sure all of candidates have already completed all the requirements in order to step to the next stage. It also involves numerous big companies such as Honda R&D, Kashiwabara, YKK, Amazon, Shiroki, Toho Gas, JCB, Omron, FCC and Daifuku.By performing this job, I learn so much in dealing with candidates, negotiate with universities, solve problem under pressure, pay more attention to details and so on. So I sharpen my negotiation and communication skill a lot here.Also, by working here with the diverse background of its people, I am accustomed to talk English everytime and make English as my main language in the daily activities. And I widen my knowledge and strengthen my understanding about culture from other countries, for particularly Japan and India. It gave me chance to see something not just from my perspective, but from other perspectives too. It was so beneficial for me to being more open-minded person as it is needed in this age of working.
