Mar 2015 - Sept 2020In my role as Social Media specialist I have the challenging role of getting our target market to love a telecommunications brand. I advise and consult the CMO on how we should look and behave on social media based on the latest trends and my own youthful insight. I am the full time Instagram community manager and have taken Boost Mobile's follower count from 6000 to 11,000 (as of January 2017) and provided means for engaging, beautiful content that the people of Instagram desire. I have run Instagram competitions to create a huge amount of authentic user generated content for Boost to use, meaning that we can focus resources else where and still have authentic and often more engaging content. I also provide ideas and often times create content for Boost Mobiles Facebook which has seen Boost's engagement go up tremendously. I have been a community manager on Boost's Facebook answering technical and service related questions via messenger, as well as responding to comments and queries on posts whilst maintaining Boost's youthful and cheeky tone of voice. I am competent with Facebook ads and have utilised Facebooks targeting tool to get the most bang for our buck when placing ads. I also run reports for Instagram and keep a track of our social health as well as becoming familiar with Sprout Social and other social listening tools. In this role I am enjoying bringing value to peoples lives through the various platforms of social media and in turn Boost are seeing the return, with greater awareness and consideration of the brand. Show less As Campus Marketing manager at Boost Mobile Australia I worked on the development of campus marketing initiatives such as activations and events within university campuses nation wide. I was able to leverage university societies and stakeholder groups and engage them in a way that made the brand memorable on campus. In doing this I gained experience running competitions, managing activations, organising and managing promotional staff, collecting market research, working with university marketing and media departments to display our advertising at the university and to get the most out of the experience for Boost Mobile. I also ran digital campaigns on social media notifying students of our activities and gaining brand awareness in the process. Overall whilst undertaking this role I thoroughly enjoyed the practicality, hands on approach, and getting in and amongst where our target market plays. Show less My Role as an ultimate Intern see's me giving key insight into Boost Mobiles key demographic- the notoriously hard to crack youth segment. I have aided in social media direction and in marketing efforts to target university students. It also saw me learn countless lessons in social media projection, digital marketing and media production. I also have had the most fun an intern could possibly have, producing, filming and editing my own webseries "The Rookies Roadtrip" which features myself and two friends travel from Adelaide to Darwin stopping off along the way to see how damn weird Australia truly is. I also produced, starred and directed in Boost Mobiles promotional videos "The bargain bachelor" which saw myself and four dates showcase Boost mobiles Big weekends promotion in an entertaining and relevant way. All in all this internship gave me experience that no other intern my age could have gotten. From sending me to the snow to schoolies and everything in between I brought to life their slogan of "never stop playing" and shared it with my ever increasing social media following. Show less

This job saw me working with the Perisher Marketing team to create video and photo content on a daily basis for Perisher to use on their social media channels, to send in Media blasts to partners within the snow industry and even creating news reels and photos for news outlets. A daily day in this role would involve sourcing talent to shoot with us that day, then to think of a concept and location to shoot in. We would go out in all conditions, rain, snow, sun and try and make Perisher look as good as possible on that particular day. After shooting we would edit the photos or videos on adobe programs and then send it off to our marketing department to choose what channels they should live on. I also was involved in caption creation. I also have had the opportunity to come up with creative ideas that have increased Perisher's relevancy on social media, in particular when massive amounts of snow have fallen and we want to get the news out to our potential customers (see attached content). This saw me even star in the picture or video and put my body on the line. Creating new content everyday is quite a challenge. This role has forced me to think outside the box and in new ways in order to maintain a fresh feel to our content and to maintain relevance in todays social media space. All in all it has been an extremely enjoyable role and I look forward to continue to work with Perisher. Show less

Mar 2019 - nowThis role has lead to many fun and rewarding experiences over the years, from flying in Helicopters taking photos for Tourism Australia campaigns, to creating Ice Cream puppets for Ben and Jerry's Tik Tok channels, to filming Rebel Wilson for an Amazon Prime Video live stream, to planning how DJ Fisher (arguably Australia's loosest bloke) could interact with an Amazon Alexa, this job has really had it all.Being Creative Content Producer at Two Palms media has seen myself working in nearly all facets of the digital marketing business. From creating the fertile initial campaign ideas, to then transforming them into integrated digitally lead ideas, It has been a role where I have not only been able to make an impression on people through my art, but make them feel a genuine emotion to connote to a brand, which is what I am most proud of.Working across the many aspects of content production due to our small content team, I have been able to develop not only my practical hands on shooting and editing to new levels, but my ability to manage a production, co-ordinate logistics, and ensure the client is stoked with the product that is being delivered.These days it is not enough to just create a piece of content and put it online. You have to ensure the content you create is tailored to the platforms you are creating them for, with an amplification plan to ensure it gets seen. My previous long term experience with social media management informed my knowledge of content production for social media, and through this role at Two Palms I have seen it flourish into with many clients meeting their goals and objectives due to this content. Having been with Two Palms team since inception in early 2019, I've seen first hand how a creative agency starts from a micro size (Just Ed, Sinaed and I) to the scale we now have operating globally. I have witnessed first hand culture can truly determine business success, particularly when it comes to managing creatives. Show less
