      The regional GIZ project “Trade Facilitation in Central Asia” (GIZ TFCA) is commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented in five Central Asian countries: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. The main objective of the project is to ensure that Central Asian countries have regional approaches and knowledge, especially in the field of digitalization, to facilitate cross-border trade along regional trade routes.
