Follows closely on staffs attendance. Follows up on recruitment of staffs both locally and internationally. Assist meetings and take minutes. Assist with typing Menus, keeping records of all issues related to the Kitchen. Helps with ensuring that the HACCP Standards are being followed. Also liaises with Engineering Department regarding Maintenance Issues with the Kitchen.Also a trainer for Constance Ephelia Seychelles, providing trainings (suctomer service etc...)to all staffs.
