  As Partner, I am in a very interesting position where I am responsible for ensuring that a business has the best working environment and processes, for the staff.I manage the implementation of business guidelines and strategies, working closely with the other partner of the firm to ensure everything runs smoothly and in accordance with any guide and deadlines.I make sure that all members of staff have work allocated to them in a fair and non pressured climate.
